Fenouil a été le
1er à créer une course auto/moto en Tunisie (1980),
puis en Egypte (1982) et Israël (1994).
En Egypte, Fenouil a créé le Rallye des Pharaons,
le Pharaons Desert Cannonball, et le Rallye des Pyramides, ainsi
que 5 courses ULM, 3 courses VTT et 2 Rallye du Nil bateau,
du Caire à Abu Simbel sur le Nil et le Lac Nasser.
